The Davis Family

Project Description: The Harris family needed more space to store and work on their extra vehicle and toys, Jon and his daughter love to build race cars together and have been for years. The 900 sq ft pole barn features a 12 ft. high ceiling, allowing ample workspace for machinery, a car lift and large tool boxes. This build had to match the house perfectly do to the HOA’s. The exterior was finished with our 5” cottage style lap siding and the roof was matched to color and manufacturer of the shingles on the house. As for the inside, it was finished with R-19 insulation.

Challenges Overcome: The Harris property was in a subdivision and was very close to property lines. Our experience with heavy equipment came in handy. We had a small entry gate to go in and out so we had to expand it and build a new driveway. We also had to mend into existing concrete and make the transition flawless to be able to roll heavy duty carts over.

Client Satisfaction: "Client Satisfaction: They loved the new space and looked forward to making more memories working on cars"
